Military radio equipment gallery

A variety of pictures and condensed descriptions on all sorts of military radio communication equipment will eventually be posted on this page. There will be updates and renewals regularly. Note that nearly all the pictures were taken at radio flea-markets and from sets which were either borrowed for the occasion or just made during visits to friends.

When making this page some time ago I decided to start with in index of USSR military radio equipment which has always intrigued me because of their particular design and apparent robustness. Many models of the post war versions became available on the surplus market in Western Europe after 1990, generally from former East-German sources.
