USSR VHF transceiver type R-107T

USSR VHF FM transceiver R-107 replaced the R-105/108/109 family of manpack sets. Several versions are recorded to have been manufactured, initially with pencil tubes. Later versions were fully transistorised (shown above) Functionally their use was similar to the sets they were intended to replace.

• Frequency range 20-52MHz in two ranges.
• RF output 1 Watt
• Modulation FM R/T only.
• Channel spacing 25kHz.
• Powered by two sets of 2.4V NiCad batteries.
• Latest version had a digital frequency readout.
